SWEAT TALK

I have been working out 6 days a week for the past 11 years, give or take a few vacations and hangovers. My workouts mostly consist of straight cardio, a mix of cardio and weights, or CrossFit workouts that I do on my own. After all of this time doing the same routines over and over again, I am becoming a little burnt out. I live in NYC with workout options abound, but never really took advantage - until now! I am here to bring you reviews of the best, most badass, easiest and most difficult studios and gyms around the town (and maybe a few surprises along the way). Stick around and laugh at me as I endure the pain for your gain!
